Why should anybody make fun of it?..Do you think the name Marissa Belle will ever get made fun of?
That sounds lovely. My name is Marissa Elizabeth, but Marissa Belle sounds just lovely. The only problem I have ever encountered with my name (and the way it is spelt) was when some boy who had a crush on me tried to learn how to say it backwards. *** I Ram!

Do you think the name Marissa Belle will ever get made fun of?Marissa Belle is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Awesome choice - I don't think there's any way in the world that someone would be able to make fun of it. Great choice!! Hope this helped and best wishes =)I can't see any reason why she would be made fun of but kids are very creative. Marissa Belle is great. Spelling Marissa any other way would just be wrong. I can't imagine her being made fun of those are pretty stable names!
i don't like it but there's nothing wrong with it
marissa bell or marissa belleDo you think the name Marissa Belle will ever get made fun of?
No, I like it.
My name is Marisa[spelled with only 1 s] and I have yet to be made fun because of my name.
Marissa Belle is such a beautiful name.
I'd go with Marissa Belle or Marisa Belle.
Merissa, Mirissa are just stupid spellings. You take a simple name and then change it around to be unique, if you are worried about her being made of fun of, don't choose a weird spelling. That's the only visible reason I could see her being made fun of.
Marissa Belle
beautiful choice
I think all names can be made fun of, for something...and if not now, something down the road. For instance, my mom had no clue that a product called Propecia would come about when she named me Alicia. I was Alicia-Propecia for a while.
However, there is nothing inherently awful about the name. Nothing that stands and screams: Don't name a child that!!
While the name isn't something I would use, personally, I think it's sweet.
I prefer the spelling Marissa Belle (just like in the original question.) It seems to be the most natural.
