Home and Away - How does Belle die?

How does Belle die in Home and Away? I heard it was of a rare cancer, and that was why she was making such mysterious visits to the hospital, but then I heard that the reason she was going to the hospital is because she was actually pregnant and she dies under a burning sink in a fire. So I don't know what to believe!



Also does anyone know who dies when Trey puts a bomb under the bus on Dan's Memorial Trek?

Home and Away - How does Belle die?Dont know about the memorial thing but belle dies from Spontaneous Human Combustion.But tis okay cos she died quickly and she had cancer of the Left hand thumb nail but she loses her twins in her womb AND one of the twins had super telekinetic powers so it survives!!!PRETTY AWESOMEHome and Away - How does Belle die?
