I love the spelling of Aimee. One of my best friends is named Aimee and she loves feeling unique with her spelling so I highly suggest that you stick with Aimee. As for the middle name, I think it's cute but I'm not sure it flows with the first name well. But if you like it, that's all that matters! :)
