I am wanting to be either Belle or Cinderella for Halloween...?

both is like a ball gown with hoop skirts.

for cinderella's dress u can have either a blue satin/silk costume fabric thats cheap but look expensive, and it's actually a simple ball gown, but be sure to add 2 layers of petticoat underneath.

u can use pink and white satin, and make a bunch of bows, it requires a bit drapery.



for belle's gown, just sew any civil war gown would be good, but be sure its off shoulder and have drapery.

with yellow satin, but it needs a bit shine.(dont use those have high shine ones, it'll look extremely cheap.

same goes with cinderella gown.
